This Fairtrade coffee is rich and sweet. It is made from organic beans which are grown at extreme elevations in the heartland of Incas which is the Andes. It has a smooth, rich taste with overtones of fine dark chocolate.
This is a whole bean coffee that is suitable for all filter, pump or manual cafetiere coffee machines. A 227g package typically produces 30 cups of coffee.
Organic
This coffee's nutty, chocolatey flavours come from its high altitude home in the center of the Incas. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association certified coffee is grown at 1,400m above sea level in the Chanchamayo province of Peru where Arabica Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties are grown according to Washed Process standards without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
The fair trade and organic coffee beans are hand-picked on the outskirts of the Andes and then expertly roasted to give a full-bodied flavor. The nutty flavor, combined with gorgeous dark chocolate overtones are sure to make you jump out of bed in the morning.
